IT Operations Engineer

Join our IT Operations team in Berlin as a (Senior) IT Operations Engineer. You will own, build, and secure our internal tech landscape, manage identity and access infrastructure, administer MDM solutions, troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues, drive improvements to our IT security posture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members. • Ownership and management of identity and access infrastructure, primarily through Okta, including lifecycle management and automated provisioning.
• Administration and maintenance of modern MDM solutions, leading the device lifecycle management across the entire fleet.
• Driving improvements to IT security posture, maintaining and updating internal tools to align with legal and compliance requirements.
• Okta Expertise: Deep knowledge of Okta, including lifecycle management, automated provisioning, and complex API integrations

• Security & Compliance Mindset: A solid understanding of modern IT security principles, baseline endpoint compliance, and digital access control

• Languages: Fluent English skills are required; German is a distinct plus
• Communication: You are comfortable speaking with external vendors and collaborating internally. You document your work naturally
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering, IT operations, or a similar versatile role
