About The Role

Join ChangeNOW, a leading platform for sustainable innovation. As a Communication & Marketing Assistant, you will contribute to the creation of the 2027 Summit communication kits, support video content production, coordinate communication plans, and manage digital marketing campaigns. You will also analyze and optimize our database, update website content, and collaborate on building the event and networking app for the summit. This is a great opportunity for a young professional with a strong interest in sustainability and communications.

**Your profile:**

We are looking for a young professional (at least 2 years of work experience) with a Master's level (Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, from a business school, communications school, or equivalent.
Strong interest in sustainability, media, and communications.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects, working across teams, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
Bonus: experience with social media or creative tools.
You are proficient with Google tools (Ads, Analytics, Data Studio) and have a basic understanding of SEO.
You have some initial experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
You have some initial experience with emailing & CRM tools such as Brevo.
You have a solid command of website management with WordPress and Elementor
