Talent Acquisition Trainee (Tamheer)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program . This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.
• Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
