GBR- HSES Coordinator Pirdop (Bulgarie) F/H

Join Aurubis, a leading global provider of non-ferrous metals, as an HSES Coordinator in Pirdop, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of health and safety principles, organizing cooperation between contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also provide training, supervise subcontractor activities, and participate in safety meetings. This position requires experience in HSES, risk assessment, and safety audits, as well as proficiency in English and Bulgarian.

• Coordination of the implementation of health and safety principles and approval of the Safety and Health Plan.
• Organization of cooperation and coordination between contractors and subcontractors on the construction site.
• Supervision of subcontractors' activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• Experience on construction sites in HSES, risk assessment, Safety Audits, First Aid, Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency level on Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Tools
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak). Proficient in Bulgarian Full professional proficiency or Native or bilingual proficiency
