SALES ASSOCIATE (M/W) – Déc 26 to April 27 - 100%

Join Fusalp, a premium French ski and mountain lifestyle brand, as a Sales Associate in St. Moritz. You will welcome and advise local and international clients, contribute to sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and assist with daily boutique operations. A successful candidate will have a customer-facing experience, a genuine interest in selling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal contract from December 1, 2026, to April 15, 2027, with a monthly salary of CHF 4,400 plus bonus.

**What will help you succeed :**

St. Moritz welcomes a highly international and demanding clientele. We are therefore looking for someone who genuinely enjoys selling, building relationships and working in a fast-paced premium retail environment.

Winter in St. Moritz is intense and highly international. You will spend most of your time with clients, but everyone contributes to the life of the boutique. Sales, clienteling, stock, deliveries and presentation standards are a shared responsibility.

**Must-have :**

• A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where service and sales are central.
• A genuine interest in selling, you enjoy approaching clients, understanding their needs and working towards commercial targets.
• Professionalism, reliability and a hands-on attitude.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly international environment.
• The ability to commit fully from 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.

**Nice-to-have :**

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Additional languages suited to an international clientele.
• Experience with clienteling, CRM or retail KPIs.
• An interest in fashion, ski, mountain lifestyle or technical apparel.
