Engineering Manager (Infrastructure)

As an Engineering Manager (Infrastructure), you will lead infrastructure efforts across cloud and edge environments, architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines, designing scalable observability systems, and driving system reliability. • Lead infrastructure efforts across cloud and edge environments, architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines, designing scalable observability systems, and driving system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support well-architected, cost-effective, and secure infrastructure, including proactive cost management and cloud security enforcement.
• Influence technical direction, mentor others, and drive execution, ensuring a seamless developer experience and maintaining environment parity across Dev, Stage, and Prod.

• Solid knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Expertise in monitoring, observability, and reliability best practices
• Experience managing split environments (Dev, Staging, Prod) with consistent, production-quality data
• Proven experience in SRE with a focus on uptime, reliability, and system health
• Experience with real-time, distributed, or IoT infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Ability to influence technical direction, mentor others, and drive execution
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices (secrets management, threat prevention, vulnerability mitigation)
• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles. Including 2+ years in a technical management role
• Experience with Unix-based operating systems
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation (cloud and edge)
• Strong focus on developer experience and supporting cross-functional teams
• Ability to deploy infrastructure across regions while maintaining GDPR and other compliance standards
• Experience or interest in Edge device management
• Bonus if you've helped a team adopt AI-first workflows, we know this is new territory and we're figuring it out too
• Experience implementing best practices to improve DORA metrics
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development for edge deployments
