Customer Success Internship (Growing Impact Scale Up)

Join our Customer Success team as an intern and help us ensure our customers realize the full value of our product. You will assist in onboarding new customers, managing their data and supply chain, and developing initiatives to improve our relationship with them. • Assisting the customer success team in keeping customers satisfied by listening to their needs and wants.
• Managing the onboarding of new customers' data and supply chain.
• Helping and developing new initiatives that will allow the team to improve relationships with customers.
• You are available for a full-time (40 hours) internship of 5-6 months, ideally starting as soon as possible
• Collaboration – as we are a small company, being able to work well together is essential
• Native or Bilingual German or Dutch speaker is highly desirable
• Professional English speaking level
• You are currently enrolled in a university or near the end of your studies
• Enterprising – a go-getter, always looking for new opportunities and smarter ways of doing things
