Business Development Associate (Benelux, Growing Impact Scale Up)

In this role, you will proactively identify and reach out to potential leads in the Benelux market, secure meetings for our sales team, and maintain our CRM system. • Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads in the Benelux markets through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
• Secure meetings with prospects and ensure a steady stream of qualified opportunities for the Account Executives.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, ensuring a full pipeline for the sales team.
• Proactive hunter mentality: You take ownership of your outreach, with a focus on cold calling and being consistent to secure meetings with potential leads, ensuring the Account Executives have a steady pipeline
• Organise & result-oriented: Skilled at prioritising and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dutch fluency: Proficiency in Dutch is required to establish strong client relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders in the Benelux market
• Early career growth: 1+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in marketing, client services, business development or sales
• Strong communicator: You express yourself clearly and warmly, and feel comfortable picking up the phone to build genuine rapport with decision-makers
