Senior Implementations Consultant

You will develop and execute scalable implementation strategies, manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, and drive cross-functional collaboration. • Develop and optimize implementation frameworks, building scalable processes, templates, and best practices for enterprise-level <Vic.ai> implementations.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from deal close to full customer adoption, ensuring successful Go-Live readiness.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, working closely with integrations, product, sales engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live experiences.

• Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software tools and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software implementations, preferably in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
