Enterprise Account Manager (Benelux Market)

Join Trustpilot as an Enterprise Account Manager for the Benelux market. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, drive customer retention, and identify growth opportunities. You will work closely with dedicated Customer Success Managers and help shape the Benelux Enterprise strategy. • Skilled at leading thoughtful, consultative conversations with senior leadership and key stakeholders across diverse organizations
• Proven ability to co-manage complex customer relationships alongside Customer Success Managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams
• Excited to move beyond standard sales approaches and help tailor solutions that truly resonate within the European market
• Demonstrated track record managing Enterprise-level customer portfolios, with experience driving renewals, account retention, and commercial expansion within a SaaS or subscription-based environment
• Comfortable navigating evolving environments, taking ownership of your outcomes, and eager to help shape an Enterprise approach rather than simply following a rigid process
• Fluent in Dutch and English
