Maintenance & Operations Technician

As a Maintenance & Operations Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs, executing preventive maintenance, managing service requests, coordinating with vendors, overseeing procurement, and providing support to employees. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, proven hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks, and familiarity with building systems and infrastructure. A certified electrician license is considered an advantage.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, hardware, door and furniture repairs, painting, drywall, and other routine upkeep tasks.
• Execute preventive maintenance and adhere to maintenance plans and periodic inspections.
• Manage service requests and maintenance tasks via computerized systems, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and timely follow-up in line with defined SLAs.
