Senior Data Management Manager

• Lead the modernization of data management practices to ensure data is well managed, accurate, and trusted.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders across the organization to understand and provide value and insight for customers.
• Promote automation and innovation activities to ensure processes and approaches are as efficient as possible.

• Proven Data Management experience in metadata management, data quality issue management and the building of Data Products
• Insurance, Pensions & Investments product knowledge
• Project planning / change management experience
• SME/Specialist knowledge in Collibra, Ataccama, Knowledge Catalog and other Data Management tooling
• Experience of leading and driving Data Governance Forums and Committees
• Have an active interest in new and emerging tools and technologies
• Previous experience of leading and managing teams
• Technical background and knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and Cloud technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling skills
