About The Role

Join Flo, a leading women's health app, as a Senior Technical Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building the foundational infrastructure for personalized healthcare experiences. You will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, lead the development of a unified health data model, and partner closely with design, engineering, data, clinical, and legal teams. You will also drive vendor integration strategy and collaborate with the AI Platform team.   • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia y la hoja de ruta del producto para los Registros de Salud y las integraciones de datos, permitiendo la ingestión escalable y segura de datos de múltiples proveedores y sistemas.
  • Ser responsable del ciclo de vida completo de los datos de salud: desde la ingestión y normalización hasta el enriquecimiento y la activación en experiencias posteriores.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de diseño para garantizar que los datos de salud complejos y fragmentados se traduzcan en experiencias claras, intuitivas y fáciles de usar.
  • Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
  • Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms
  • Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
  • Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
  • Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
  • Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
  • Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
