Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets)

Join our Finance Team as a Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets) in Irvine, CA. In this critical role, you will support the project accounting framework, ensuring accurate tracking of capital projects, proper fixed asset accounting, and timely financial reporting. You will maintain end-to-end financial oversight of capital projects, partner with Project Managers, and uphold financial integrity across the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of fixed asset accounting and collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

• Maintenir la supervision financière complète des projets d'investissement, y compris la configuration du projet, le budget, le suivi des coûts et la clôture.
• Examiner et surveiller les coûts du projet pour garantir leur exactitude, leur exhaustivité et leur conformité avec les budgets approuvés.
• Préparer des rapports mensuels sur les projets, en identifiant les écarts et en fournissant des informations pour la prise de décision opérationnelle.

• Are you an accounting professional who is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence?
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly capitalization rules and fixed asset accounting
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in project accounting, fixed asset accounting, or related fields
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred (Workday experience a plus)
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or project‑based environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA‑track preferred
• High integrity and commitment to strong internal controls
