Finance & Strategy (GTM, EMEA)

Join Anthropic, a leading AI safety and research company, as a Finance Business Partner in our EMEA GTM Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you will provide financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making, analyze financial data, build models, and deliver insights to drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and align go-to-market strategies with broader financial considerations.

• Provide financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making for EMEA go-to-market teams.
• Analyze financial data, build models, and deliver insights to drive informed business decisions across revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk, and marketing spend returns.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort presenting financial information to non-finance audiences, including senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience supporting or building out finance functions in international or EMEA markets
• Passion for Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in a high-growth environment
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and develop robust financial models
• 7+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or related fields
• A bias toward action, strong work ethic, and ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines
• Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency financial environments and EMEA regulatory or statutory considerations
