Networking Engineer L1 - (Roma)

Join NTT DATA, a leading business and technology services provider. As a Networking Engineer L1, you will be responsible for service delivery activities related to the Italian site, working closely with our global team to ensure effective and continuous operation of the service. You will manage the local service from Monday to Friday and provide on-call support outside normal business hours. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of networking concepts, and fluency in Italian are required.

• Gestire le attività di servizio quotidiane e fornire supporto in loco per le modifiche standard e la risoluzione dei problemi.
• Collaborare con il team globale per garantire il funzionamento efficace e continuo del servizio, rispettando gli SLA concordati.
• Fornire supporto per le modifiche maggiori, la gestione delle parti di ricambio locali e il supporto per i test delle prestazioni.
