MS Engineer (L1) with German

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing managed services to ensure the operational efficiency of our clients' IT infrastructure and systems. Your day will involve monitoring client infrastructure, investigating incidents, and identifying opportunities for optimization. You will also support project work and disaster recovery functions. A bachelor's degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience is required.

• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to support clients effectively.
• Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, catching errors before or as soon as they occur, and executing maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, whether it’s reducing common incidents or finding automation possibilities for request fulfilment.
