Business Operations Director

As the Business Operations Director in Ireland, you will drive operational efficiency, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. You will also oversee financial performance, manage invoicing and aged debt, and prepare monthly sector reporting packs. Your leadership skills will foster a positive team culture and maintain strong relationships across the organization.

• Manage day-to-day “middle” and “back office” operations, ensuring a “tightly run ship” that supports sector goals.
• Oversee sector pipeline data within the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and consistency, and lead weekly pipeline calls.
• Lead the monthly P&L forecasting process, working with finance, client executives, and delivery teams to ensure accurate projections of revenue, margin, and costs.
