HR Intern (Part Time Internship)

Join our team as an HR Intern and gain valuable experience in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. You will participate in sourcing and recruiting projects, schedule interviews, screen resumes, and help build a pipeline of engineering talent. Additionally, you will assist in human resource operations and other ad-hoc tasks. • Participate in sourcing and recruiting projects, and assist in building a pipeline of engineering talent.
• Schedule phone screenings and onsite/virtual interviews, and screen inbound resumes to evaluate candidates.
• Assist in human resource operations activities and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks
• Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing master’s degree in human resource or equivalent major
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment - even remotely
