Internship - Private Debt - Germany - January 2027

Join Tikehau Capital, a leading global alternative asset management group, as an intern in the Private Debt team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be fully integrated into the team's activities and will actively participate in executing national and international Leveraged Finance transactions, reviewing and analyzing potential LBO target companies, developing cash flow-based models, preparing credit memos, and creating marketing and client presentations. This internship is ideal for business administration or economics students with a focus on finance, accounting, or banking.

• Participer activement à l'exécution de transactions de financement par effet de levier au niveau national et international.
• Analyser et évaluer les entreprises cibles potentielles pour les opérations de LBO, y compris leurs produits, marchés et risques.
• Développer des modèles de flux de trésorerie et des cas de sensibilité, et soutenir l'équipe de transaction dans la préparation des mémos de crédit.

# Profile

• Business Administration / Economics student with focus on finance, accounting and / or banking,
• High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working,
• Experienced with MS Office and are fluent in English and/or German,
• You demonstrate high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and an ability to work in a team environment.
