Procurement Analyst - Junior

 

• Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Facilities, Compliance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives and other inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records.
• Assist in locating key suppliers, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in negotiating purchasing agreements and lead-times.
• Managing vendor relationships and comprehensive supplier database.
• Controlling the procurement budget, as needed.
• Act as the representative of the Procurement Team.
• Perform duties as advised by the management.

Education
