Account Executive

Join Overtime, a fast-growing sports media company, as an Account Executive. In this role, you will develop and drive business with advertisers and their agencies in the East Coast region, specifically the New York City metropolitan area. You will create consultative sales presentations, help advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, and immerse yourself in the evolving new media landscape. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital media sales, a deep understanding of modern publishing and social media, and a passion for Overtime's mission.

• Establish and maintain collaborative business relationships with Fortune 500 companies and their marketing agencies in the East Coast region.
• Create and deliver consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how Overtime's custom content and advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers.
• Help advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew/up-sell to drive revenue growth.

• BA / BS degree
• 3+ years of experience in digital media sales, working with Fortune 500 companies and advertising agencies in the region
• Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams
• Deep understanding of modern publishing and the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
• A passion for Overtime and our mission
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Established relationships with marketing decision-makers at companies and agencies
• A track record demonstrating an ability to develop and grow a book of business
• Vertical experience a plus - particularly in entertainment, technology, finance, travel, QSR, and consumer packaged goods
