IT Specialist

Join Clio, a leading legal technology company, as an IT Specialist. In this role, you will provide world-class IT support to Clio employees globally, manage inbound tickets, support the onboarding process for new employees, and maintain an accurate hardware inventory. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with two days in the office in Barcelona.

• Providing world-class IT support to Clio employees globally, managing inbound tickets from submission to resolution.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, managing access to systems, applications, and various technologies.
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date hardware inventory using asset management tools, ensuring smooth asset lifecycle management.
• Have a working knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems, with the ability to support a diverse range of user needs
• Have experience managing inbound tickets from submission to resolution, ensuring timely responses and thorough follow-up
• Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and MAC. Extensive hands-on experience with Okta beyond basic user management. Specifically, we’re looking for expertise in Okta Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning, and the creation and management of groups and rules within Okta
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Have experience with core SaaS tools like Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite, and GitHub, and can provide basic user support and troubleshooting
