Shot Peening Intern

Join our team as a Shot Peening Intern! In this role, you will be responsible for following work instructions for machine operation, adhering to quality standards, performing product quality inspections, and producing according to the production schedule. You will also be required to perform daily self-inspections of equipment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and complete other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Candidates should have a mechanical processing secondary school degree or above, be able to read drawings and understand basic dimensional tolerances, and be able to work three shifts.

• 严格按照作业指导书进行生产，操作机器，确保生产过程的合规性。
• 执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下个工序，确保产品质量。
• 按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量，确保生产效率。
