Quality and Risk Manager H/M

Join Safran Aircraft Engines Mexico as a Quality and Risk Manager. In this role, you will lead and maintain the Quality Management System, drive quality performance, manage the department's budget, and foster the professional development of the quality team. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality representatives, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies. A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a quality management role are required.

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System at Safran Aircraft Engines Mexico, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations.
• Oversee quality performance by managing non-conforming products, driving corrective and preventive action plans, and overseeing the cost of poor quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality representatives, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies, ensuring strong collaboration and compliance with aerospace industry requirements.
