Maintenance Engineer

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment. You will develop maintenance plans, evaluate equipment status, and work with technicians to analyze and resolve equipment issues. Additionally, you will assist in training technicians, coordinate with external suppliers, and lead the implementation of predictive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 负责生产设备的维修、维护、保养计划编制，确保设备可利用率提高。
• 制定并定期维护设备保养计划内容，评估设备状态和备件状态。
• 与技术员一起对设备问题进行排查、分析，制定改善计划。
