Junior Product Engineer

Join our team as a Junior Product Engineer, where you will be responsible for the industrialization of products, product management activities, risk management and improvement plans, and reporting on the global situation of managed products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze and characterize industrialization issues, and ensure adherence to quality policies and HSE responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in casting, materials, metallurgical, or mechanical specialties is preferred, along with project management experience and fluency in English.

• 负责产品工业化流程，包括评估产品定义、制定工业化计划、监控进展。
• 与SAFRAN工程团队合作，推进专项外协及工业化相关工作，运用APQP或TIP管理方法控制工业化进度。
• 负责风险管理和改进计划，更新风险分析，确保发货并避免额外成本。
