Deburring

Join our team as a Deburring Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for manual grinding and polishing of workpieces, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface roughness meet company quality requirements. You will also conduct self-inspections, follow production plans, maintain a clean work area, and perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in machining precision components, be skilled in operating various grinding tools, and have a strong understanding of dimensional tolerances and surface quality requirements.

• 严格按照作业指导书对工件进行手动打磨和手动抛光作业，确保零件的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度等符合要求。
• 根据生产计划与生产节拍进行生产，保证生产产量，执行主管指派的其他任务。
• 认真执行产品自检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下道工序，认证执行每天的打磨工具、打磨房和检验工具的自检与维护保养工作。
