Deburring Intern

Join our team as a Deburring Intern! In this role, you will be responsible for following work instructions for machine operation, adhering to quality standards, performing product quality inspections, and producing according to the production schedule. You will also be required to perform daily self-inspections of equipment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and check measuring instruments used at work stations. Other tasks may be assigned by your supervisor. Candidates should have a mechanical processing secondary school degree or above, be able to read drawings and understand basic dimensional tolerances, and be able to use general measuring instruments and office software.

• 严格按照作业指导书进行生产，操作机器，确保生产过程符合公司质量标准。
• 执行产品质量检验，确保合格产品流到下个工序，按照生产节拍进行生产，保证生产产量。
• 执行主管指派的其他任务，包括设备自检、5S清洁整理等，确保工作环境整洁。
