Assembly Process Engineer

Join our team as an Assembly Process Engineer, where you will be responsible for process initiation and improvement, training operators, managing technical specifications for investments, conducting process risk analysis, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and international standards. A bachelor's degree in material or mechanical engineering is required, along with strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and proficiency in Office and CAD/3D modeling software.

• Initiate and improve assembly processes to ensure robustness, including the implementation of SPC and POKA-YOKE.
• Provide training to operators on processes and tooling, both theoretical and practical.
• Lead process risk analysis and troubleshooting, and define corrective and preventive action plans.
