Product Director

Join OLX, a leading global marketplace, as a Product Director. In this role, you will lead the product function for our core horizontal marketplace, overseeing strategy and execution across focused European markets. You will manage a product organization of around 15 people and work closely with engineering, design, and commercial leadership to drive growth, engagement, and monetization. This is a global role that reports to the Chief Product Officer.

• Liderar la transformación de la inteligencia artificial para el dominio horizontal y la incubación, desarrollo y transición a un mercado horizontal completamente agente.

• Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets
• Proven track record of jumping between domains and sectors. Ability to learn fast
• Proven experience leading product teams in online B2C/B2B2C environments, ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds. Experience navigating the dynamics of two-sided marketplaces (consumer buyers and sellers)
• Several years of experience hiring, growing, and directly managing Product Managers at all stages of their careers, ideally leading teams of a similar size (~15 people)
• Experience in both 0->1 and scaling phases of product development
• Strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals
• Experience in developing and managing AI-based products
• Strong hands-on product management background—not just a strategic leader, but someone who has built products and worked closely with engineers and commercial stakeholders
