Packaging Artwork Designer — On-site at Dr.G, Séoul

Join Dr.G, a leading Korean dermocosmetic skincare brand, as a Packaging Artwork Designer. In this on-site role in Seoul, you will be responsible for packaging artwork adaptation, compliance, and quality control. You will work closely with the local Master Design Coordinator and collaborate with the brand's marketing and packaging teams. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging artwork, repro, or pre-press is required, along with a strong command of Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Adapt and roll out packaging artwork from execution masters, brand guidelines and brandbooks, handling format adaptations, mock-up files and shelf visuals.
• Ensure brand guidelines are respected across all deliverables, checking regulatory mentions for the Korean market and export markets.
• Work side by side with the local Master Design Coordinator on graphic decisions, taking briefs directly from the brand's marketing and packaging teams.

**What we are looking for**

• 3–5 years minimum in packaging artwork, repro or pre-press. Beauty or cosmetics experience is a strong plus.
• Strong command of Illustrator and Photoshop. InDesign is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the packaging graphic chain and print constraints.
• **Professional English** are required, knowledge in Koreen can be an advantage.
• Genuine autonomy: you work on your own at the client site, with remote support from ExO.
• Service mindset, precision, and the ability to hold short deadlines at high volume.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: you represent ExO with our client every day.
