SEO/GEO Manager

Join Dalma, a fast-growing company in the insurance industry, as an SEO and GEO Manager. In this role, you will take full ownership of the GEO/SEO strategy for Germany and set the strategy for France. You will be responsible for data-led strategy, roadmap, and hands-on execution, as well as content creation, technical SEO/GEO foundation management, and off-page placements. You will also document playbooks, share knowledge with the team, and forecast and report on the expected impact of initiatives. Fluency in German and English is required, and the position is based in Berlin.

• Strategie und Ausführung: Verantwortung für den GEO-Kanal in Deutschland, einschließlich datenbasierter Strategie, Roadmap und praktischer Umsetzung.

**Must-haves:**

• Hands-on SEO delivery experience — you've built and executed a strategy yourself, not just briefed one
• Comfortable building from scratch, with ambiguity, and without an existing team to lean on
• You own your data and reporting personally (GSC, GA4, Looker) — no analyst needed
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in Berlin

• Insurance or subscription-based B2C industry background
• Experience managing an agency handover
