IT & Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Join our team as an IT & Infrastructure Operations Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for administering Linux servers, VMs, storage, networking, and supporting services. You will handle routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage internal IT, and secure endpoints. Additionally, you will automate operations and support recovery efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in systems administration, strong Linux administration skills, and a good understanding of networking fundamentals.

• Operar y administrar la infraestructura, incluyendo servidores Linux, máquinas virtuales, almacenamiento y redes.
• Manejar el mantenimiento de los sistemas, incluyendo parches, actualizaciones, capacidad, certificados y copias de seguridad.
• Automatizar las operaciones reemplazando tareas manuales repetitivas con scripts, Ansible y otras herramientas de automatización.

**What We're Looking For**

• **3–6 years** in systems administration, infrastructure or IT operations
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Good networking fundamentals
• Experience operating servers and infrastructure
• Comfortable troubleshooting independently
• Experience with patching, backups and operational maintenance
• Basic Docker/container knowledge
• Experience with user, endpoint and access administration
• Rigorous with inventories, procedures and documentation
• Autonomous, pragmatic and service-oriented
• Interested in automating operations rather than maintaining manual processes
• Comfortable in documenting each incremental step of the solution
