• Defining standards and improving how analytics is consumed across multiple business domains.
• Building scalable analytical solutions and transforming analytics into a strategic business capability.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring trusted decision-making through data-driven insights.
• 5 years of experience in Business Analytics or Analytics Consulting within a technology company.
• Advanced SQL and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of business processes, KPI design, semantic layers, and analytical modeling.
• Proven ability to define standards and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building scalable analytical solutions rather than one-off analyses.
• Strong data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex data products using AI-powered workflows, including skills, prompts, and agents with tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, and Cowork.
• Passion for improving how organizations use data to make decisions.
• Strong curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and their practical application within analytics.
