Junior Field Deployment Engineer (FDE)

Join our Customer Solutions Architecture (CSA) team as a Junior Field Deployment Engineer (FDE). In this role, you will help customers maximize the value of our product by delivering tailored technical solutions. You will collaborate with various teams and participate in customer integration and deployment projects. This position is ideal for someone with a background in technical implementation, integrations, or SaaS deployment who wants to deepen their technical capabilities and grow in solution design and architecture.

• Participate in customer integration and deployment projects, collaborating with various teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Utilize practical knowledge of SaaS integration technologies, including APIs, webhooks, middleware, or automation tools, to maximize customer value.
• Produce clear and structured technical documentation, ensuring effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience in system integrations, technical implementation, SaaS deployment, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS integration technologies, including APIs, webhooks, middleware, or automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with customers in implementation or deployment projects.
• Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
