Deal Desk Specialist (Maternity leave)

Join HiBob, a rapidly growing HR platform that helps modern businesses manage their people effectively. As a Deal Desk Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving deal efficiency, quote management, contract review, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and MIS. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar role within the SaaS/B2B industry, strong analytical skills, and experience working with cross-functional, multi-national teams.

• Facilitate contract review, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive deal efficiency.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and present insights that influence decisions related to deal management.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.

What You Should Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar role within the SaaS/B2B industry.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights that influence decisions.
• Salesforce experience – Required
• Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and familiarity with BI tools or dashboarding (e.g.,Tableau).
• Experience working with cross-functional, multi-national teams.
• Excellent communicator with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Israeli High-tech / startup with multi-national teams experience — required.

BA in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field (LL.B also considered).
