Enterprise Customer Success Manager (German Speaker)

Join Global-e as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned clients, driving revenue growth, and providing strategic insights based on performance and market trends. You will serve as the lead point of contact for all clients, generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling, and support clients' strategic, marketing, and operational decisions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in account management or customer success, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical background.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and driving revenue growth.
• Provide clients with strategic insights based on their performances and market trends, and liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams.
• Generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling existing accounts, proactively identifying expansion opportunities.

• With our merchants being located globally, flexibility is required and we may need you to work out of office hours when necessary
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• At least 3+ years experience in an Account Management or Customer Success Manager role
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferable
• Experience in generating revenue by expanding on an existing book-of-business
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Prior B2B experience in a software, logistics or SaaS company preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and trends to internal and external clients
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
