Customer Success Manager - French & Spanish Markets 🇫🇷🇪🇸

Join Spendesk, the AI-powered spend management and procurement platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted partner for our French and Spanish-speaking customers, helping them adopt Spendesk, achieve measurable business outcomes, renew their subscriptions, and grow their usage over time. You will work closely with Account Managers, Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience across two strategic markets. The role is open in both Paris and Barcelona.

• Gérer un portefeuille de clients francophones et hispanophones, établir des relations de confiance avec les décideurs.
• Accompagner les clients dans l'adoption de Spendesk, surveiller la santé des comptes et identifier les risques de désabonnement.
• Identifier les opportunités de croissance, collaborer avec les responsables de compte pour développer et convertir les opportunités d'expansion.
