• Lead risk analyses, manage Group/ISO9001 audits, maintain transparent relations with local authorities, and hold the authority to approve or halt equipment operations based on safety.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, manage GMAO reporting, and propose building evolutions to optimize energy performance in alignment with Group Real Estate.
• Direct a team of 8 managing transversal services (Lab Management, Laundry, Store, scientific equipment tracking) and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
