Collections Associate

As a Collections Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our expansion into the US market, managing live casework, handling complex cases, and delivering high-quality customer support. You'll have the opportunity to shape our US servicing processes and work closely with teams in Belfast and the UK.

• Manage live US customer casework, resolving arrears, setting up payments, and supporting vulnerable customers.
• Handle complex cases and escalations, resolving issues and referring accounts to Debt Collection Agencies when necessary.
• Leverage operational data and AI tools to manage workload and optimize collections workflows.
