Key Account Manager Beauty Intern (M/W)

Join Puig, a family-owned company that creates unique beauty and fashion brands. As a Key Account Manager Beauty Intern, you will support the Puig Benelux team in day-to-day activities for major niche brands. Your responsibilities will include preparing meetings with retailers, monitoring assortment management, coordinating product launches, and managing order follow-up. You should have a first experience in a commercial role, preferably in the beauty sector, and hold a Master's degree. Fluency in French and English is required, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

• Support in preparing meetings with retailers and participation in some of these meetings.
• Monitoring assortment management and optimization in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
• Coordinating product launches, including timelines, assets delivery and performance analysis.

• Experience: You have a first experience in a commercial role, ideally within the Beauty sector
• Education: You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5), preferably from a business school
• Languages: French and English are required; Spanish is a plus
• Skills: You have a strong interest in the fragrance industry and a solid affinity for premium brands. You enjoy teamwork, particularly in cross-functional environments, and are well-organized with strong interpersonal skills. You are attentive to the implementation and improvement of internal processes. You are proficient in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. You are open-minded, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a demanding environment.
