Senior Financial Analyst (GTM)

Join Cockroach Labs as a Senior Financial Analyst (GTM) and become a strategic analytical partner to our Go-To-Market organization. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis across GTM functions, with direct exposure to senior leaders and real influence over revenue growth. This role requires strong modeling skills, fluency in SaaS metrics, and a track record of partnering directly with business leaders.

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing, proactively surfacing financial risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Contribute to the annual plan and quarterly re-forecasts for GTM, building models to support territory design, rep capacity, and coverage decisions.
• Deliver GTM financial reporting, maintaining dashboards that give GTM leaders real-time visibility into their business, driving variance analysis and communicating the "so what" to business partners.

• A demonstrated practice of integrating AI tools into your daily FP&A workflow as a default, not an exception
• 4-6 years of FP&A experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Comfort with high independence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Strong modeling skills: headcount, capacity, scenario analysis, and expense forecasting
• A track record of partnering directly with business leaders as a trusted analytical resource, not just a report producer
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives that move decisions
• The discipline to iterate on AI outputs and apply strong judgment to what you produce
• Experience building dashboards that give stakeholders real-time visibility into their business
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
