Labour Relations Manager

Join our Canadian Nuclear Division as a Labour Relations Manager. In this role, you will shape a positive workplace culture, provide expert labour relations guidance, and influence labour strategies. You will lead the employer-union relationship, support conflict resolution processes, and deliver labour relations training. Additionally, you will prepare reports on labour and union activities, play a significant role in collective bargaining, and serve as a member of management's bargaining team.

• Lead and manage the employer-union relationship through facilitation, engagement, and a consultative approach.
• Provide strategic advice on the administration, interpretation, and implementation of collective agreements, and support conflict resolution processes.
• Collaborate with management, unions, and stakeholders to resolve issues proactively, and deliver labour relations training to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Ability to apply deep knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and workplace legislation
• Proficiency in preparing for and managing the grievance and arbitration process
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Aptitude for influencing, problem solving, and resolving conflicts effectively
