Join HEB Construction as a Commercial Manager for the Waikare Gorge Realignment Project. • Significant commercial management experience within civil construction, infrastructure, engineering, or major projects valued at $50,000,000 or above.
• Strong expertise in contract administration, commercial negotiations, and risk management
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Sound knowledge of procurement, project controls, and contract management processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
