Finance Manager

Join Form3, a leading FinTech company, as a Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities. You will also own the annual external audit process, produce financial analysis and insights, and drive continuous improvements across finance systems and processes. • Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.
• Owning the annual external audit process and maintaining strong financial controls.
• Producing financial analysis, modelling and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Significant post-qualified Finance experience, ideally within FinTech, Payments, Banking or SaaS
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls and audit processes
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making
• Experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Big 4 training or experience
• Experience working with NetSuite
• Exposure to OKRs or wider business performance frameworks
• Experience improving finance systems and processes
• Experience within a fast-growing technology business
