IT Working Student

Join Hypatos as an IT Working Student and gain hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first SaaS environment. You will provide first-level hardware and software support, assist with user onboarding and offboarding, support the administration of our Microsoft 365 environment, and contribute to documentation of IT processes. • Provide first-level hardware and software support for Hypatos employees, including administration of Microsoft 365 environment.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows, hardware asset inventory management, and implementation of IT and security controls.
• Contribute to documentation of IT processes, procedures, and internal guides, and participate in IT improvement and planning discussions.
• Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks over time
• Interest in IT security topics and willingness to learn about security tools and best practices
• Good problem-solving skills and a structured, reliable working style
• Basic hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and end-user hardware
• Strong interest in IT operations and modern SaaS environments; first exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
