VC Associate Europe / Benelux focus M/F

Join XAnge, a leading European venture capital firm, as a VC Associate focused on the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and mapping the European and Benelux startup ecosystem, analyzing and selecting investment opportunities, managing the internal investment process, supporting portfolio companies, and representing XAnge at startup events. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in VC, startups, or tech consulting, a strong understanding of tech industries and business models, and fluency in English and French.

• Sourcing and mapping the European and Benelux startup ecosystem, conducting proactive deep dives on sector themes, and building a strategic network.
• Analyzing and selecting investment opportunities, presenting key opportunities at meetings, and leading deep dives alongside a Partner/Principal.
• Managing the internal investment process end-to-end, participating in LOI negotiation, due diligence, audits, legal documentation, and coordination.
• Master's in business, engineering, or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in VC, startups, or tech consulting
• Strong understanding of tech industries and business models
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Empathetic listener with integrity and conviction
• Fluent in **English** & French — Dutch or Flemish is a strong plus
• Knowledge of the European and Benelux ecosystem highly valued
• Agile with tools (we love Claude, Notion, Airtable, Affinity, n8n!)
