People & Culture Associate

Join Capitolis, a rapidly growing company, as a People & Culture Associate. In this role, you will oversee initiatives core to employee experience, manage office operations, and plan events to foster meaningful connections among employees. You will also educate employees on benefits programs, maintain high standards, and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a passion for People & Culture, and embodies Capitolis' company values and people attributes.

• Gérer les opérations de bureau tout en pilotant les initiatives liées aux personnes et à la culture, en veillant à ce que l'environnement soit fluide et engageant pour tous les employés.
• Planifier des événements et d'autres programmes pour permettre aux employés de développer des connexions significatives à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du bureau.
• Comprendre et éduquer les employés sur nos programmes d'avantages sociaux, en maintenant des normes élevées et en résolvant proactivement les problèmes.

• Strong EQ and situational awareness/wisdom
• 0-2 years of experience, with a passion for People & Culture
• Highly organized executor with ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Professional poise to represent Capitolis when welcoming visitors and clients
• Desire to facilitate beautiful experiences for employees and exhibit deep care
