  • Lead the product strategy for Signals and Identity within Moloco Ads, focusing on building foundational capabilities for machine learning systems.
  • Define and execute a roadmap that turns data and signals into measurable business impact, partnering closely with engineering and data science teams.
  • Own a critical horizontal layer of the ads stack, shaping how Moloco uses identity and signals to improve relevance and performance in a privacy-conscious world.
  • Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and translating them into clear product strategies and roadmaps
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and globally distributed teams
  • Ability to connect platform and data investments to customer, model, and business outcomes
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating noisy, incomplete, or probabilistic data
  • Experience in ad tech, identity, targeting, personalization, recommendations, or machine learning systems is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, machine learning, and data science teams on technically complex products
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution, user or device graphs, behavioral signals, or recommendation systems
  • Proven track record owning platform, infrastructure, identity, recommendation, or data-driven products end-to-end
  • 9–12 years of experience, with 8+ years in Product Management
  • Track record of building and scaling B2B products, ideally in high-growth environments
